I am Tiana Waldbauer. I come from a small town in southern Saskatchewan where I have been shaped to be the person I am today. I love the prairies. I grew up with figure skates on my feet, a paintbrush in my hand, a music lessons bag in the other hand, and a cat always by my side. To this day, I am an outdoor enthusiast, art addict, music player, and animal lover!
Art, in particular, has had a significant meaning to me. I have always had a passion for art, may it be in music, dance (figure skating is a type of dance, right?), or visual art. Art has and will continue to be a big piece of what makes me, me. This is why I chose to pursue art as a career, specifically, an art teacher.
I am a third-year uni student and am loving it despite the piles of homework I am left with at the end of each week (did I mention that I’m a procrastinator?). I am learning so much about art and being an educator and am excited for the years to come. For now, though, here I am, sharing with YOU, little tidbits of what I am discovering and learning!
P.S. this is me!
